		<description>Thanks for the questions.  I updated the post to clarify those questions.  Yes, you add the bacon back in.  I use red bell peppers in the recipe, though you can use any type of bell pepper you want.  I like the red for color.  In fact you could even use chile peppers  if you want to add some heat.</description>

		<description>I couldn&#039;t agree more!  As a kid I hated (and still hate) store bought canned corn and wasn&#039;t a big fan of the frozen kind either, but the stuff my parents used to put up was great.</description>
